With our Just the Perks package, you’ll receive expert assistance in selecting and booking your accommodations, whether you prefer a chic hotel or a charming Airbnb or vacation home. We’ll leverage our insider knowledge to ensure you get the best rates, exclusive discounts (if available), and added perks like room upgrades or early check-ins where possible. This package is ideal if you’re the type of traveler that likes to do most of the planning yourself, but you would love some recommendations and insights to help out in planning your trip.

The Lux Escape: Hotel or Vacation Home Booking + Customized Recommendations 

The Lux Escape package includes our hotel or vacation home booking services, as well as recommendations for the finest dining, activities, and experiences for your destination(s).  We’ll create for you a customized "eBook" with our recommendations that we uncover based on your tastes and interests. From start to finish, this package is designed to pamper you with the very best experience for planning your trip.

"How does the travel concierge work?"

STEP ONE:

Upon purchase of your concierge package, you’ll receive an email with a new client questionnaire. Please email your responses to us at Contact@LuxTravelsInsider.com and be as detailed as you can with your answers. The more we know about your trip, the more we can customize and tailor our recommendations that are best suited for you.

STEP TWO:

We will review your responses and we’ll start helping you plan your trip. From hotel booking(s) to restaurant recommendations, strategizing transportation, and planning your day-to-day itinerary, we’re here to help you plan a magical getaway!

DISCLOSURES & POLICIES:

Refunds/Returns: By purchasing our travel advisory services, you understand and agree that all payments made for our services are non-refundable. This includes any fees paid for custom itineraries, travel planning, and advisory services.

Scope of Services: Please note that while we do offer hotel bookings, we do not arrange any flights or transportation. If you need assistance with transportation, we’re happy to share with you our preferred partners and highly recommended private transportation companies for your destination.

Trip Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel or postpone your trip, we are unable to issue a refund for any payments made for our advisory services. Of course, we will help in cancelling your accommodations if needed and will always encourage to book the rate(s) that are refundable.
