STEP 3:

BOOKING ACCOMMODATIONS + RECEIVE YOUR CUSTOM GUIDE

We’ll craft a beautifully designed digital guide filled with personalized recommendations and suggestions to help you plan your unforgettable trip with ease. If you'd like us to book your hotel accommodations for you, we can do so on behalf of our partnership with Fora Travel Agency. This is a complimentary service included with your concierge booking.

Refunds/Returns: By purchasing our travel advisory services, you understand and agree that all payments made for our services are non-refundable. This includes any fees paid for custom itineraries, travel planning, and advisory services.

Scope of Services: Please note that while we do offer hotel bookings, we do not arrange any flights or transportation. If you need assistance with transportation, we’re happy to share with you our preferred partners and highly recommended private transportation companies for your destination.

Trip Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel or postpone your trip, we are unable to issue a refund for any payments made for our advisory services. Of course, we will help in cancelling your accommodations if needed and will always encourage to book the rate(s) that are refundable.
